We'll charge your account for the cost of the replacement merchandise and this merchandise will be shipped to you with no shipping charges. When we receive the returned merchandise, we'll credit your account for the full purchase price of both the returned item(s) and the original shiping charges.

For all returns or exchanges, we suggest that you always use a traceable service, insure the item(s) and keep that receipt in a safe place. Brightwater Cove is not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
